Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Spoke with Roxanne and she stated the system sampled twice in April as well as in January of 2009. For some strange reason the results never made it. Roxanne will contact lab and inquire about lab reporting. If lab does not want to report she will insure results make it to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
