Details:	SUMMARY: Investigation for ability to do CT Tracer Study DETAILS: Toledo Water Utilities owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that provides water to approximately 3,585 people through 1,325 connections. Water is treated from the Siletz River and Mill Creek. After the clearwell there are multiple water mains that leave the WTP. The City is not sure whether or not they can perform a CT Tracer Study. Linda Hughes with the City contacted HBH to provide assistance regarding the City’s ability to perform a CT Tracer Study. I met with Linda Hughes and Bill Montgomery to look at the City’s WTP and to determine whether a CT Study can be performed. Currently it can not be performed due to lack of flowmeters on the watermains leaving the WTP clearwell. Looked at possible locations for flow meters. Began report on improvements needed to perform a CT Study. ACTION NEEDED: Complete report and submit to City.
