| Details: | SUMMARY: field visit after e. coli positive sample DETAILS: Gary and Amy made a field visit to the system. Met with Barbara and went to the well/storage tank area. Chlorinator was out of chlorine solution. Scott Morris with the City of Stanfield came to assist. Chlorinator was cleaned out and refilled with chlorine solution (3 gallons Chlorox to 30 gallons water). Chlorine granules were also put in the storage tank (approx 1 and 1/2 lbs). System residual was not detected before we left. Three coliform samples were collected. One of the samples was a special source water sample. Samples were taken to the lab with results to be ready Saturday, August 8. ACTION NEEDED: Two more repeat samples need to be collected. Further action will be based on sample results. | ||
