Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 6/26/09 Routine sample collected 6/26/09 positive for coliform. 6/29/09 Four repeat samples were submitted to the lab and tested negative. 7/1/09 Alert was issued 7/2/09 Jackson Baures emailed Daniel Hough from the state. 7/6/09 I spoke with Cindy and reminded her to collect five temporary routine samples in July ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples need to be submitted in July
