Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 7/15/09 positive. Spoke with Robert and he stated the system added a new home on July 2nd and they believe this is what caused the problem when they made the connection. This will be the last addition to the system. Talked about chlorinating after any additions or repairs. He is aware of the need to take four samples to include a sample from the well and to take five routine in August. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples now and five routine in August
