Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 4 repeat samples taken. One of the three was positive. The site was the kitchen sink using a swivel faucet. Vonnie is going to replace the type of faucet or use a different sample site in the future. System is scheduled to take 5 temporary routines when school reopens in September 2009 ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routine samples to be taken between 9/1 9/30/09
