| Details: | SUMMARY: Late coliform DETAILS: The routine quarterly coliform test was taken 3/24/09 but was not received by the state on time 4/13/09. I called the lab and spoke with Steve. He said he mailed the results on April 8 or 9th. He thought that they were okay if postmarked by the 10th. I told him that they have to be received by the 10th. On 4/29/09 I called the lab and spoke with Donna. They have now set up for electronic submission which they will do on a daily or weekly basis so there should be not more late reporting. ACTION NEEDED: Lab to do electronic reporting on time. 8/17/09 The April - June coliform test was taken on 6/23 and reported on 7/9 the July - Sept test was taken on 7/21 and reported on 7/29.
