Details: SUMMARY: compliance assistance DETAILS: Wes called and system was chlorinated after the TC positive result. Four repeat samples were collected and were negative. Time was overdue on the 5 temp routines. I told Wes to get one routine in this quarter and if its good, they will be back on schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Take one routine sample 3rd qtr 2009.
