Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation for coliform DETAILS: Consultation to discuss why facility received a letter from the state informing them they are a ground water source under the direct influence of surface water and they are required to filter and disinfect the water. We also discussed why there has not been a coliform test since the 2nd quarter of 208 and not nitrate test since 2007. On 7/1/09 I called Russ Kazmierczak who called Chuck Michael to discuss why facility was given a GWUDI designation. After some research I was informed on 7/2/09 that the facility was mistakenly given this designation and it has been corrected. This information was relayed to the store operator. Informed the manager of their id number and provided information on the required water monitoring. She stated on 7/6/09 that they had the water sample bottles and would be having the water tested during the current week. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly coliform test and an annual nitrate test taken for 2009. Facility should no longer be considered GWUDI
