Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke on the phone with Mary regarding the positive coliform sample. She stated 4 repeat samples were taken 7/20/09 and all were absent. We discussed taking 5 routine samples next month and if all were absent going back to quarterly samples. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples next month.
