Rick called and said that he would obtain a sample bottle from Neilson and get a sample turned in for the third quarter 2009. 8/13/09 A coliform sample was submitted and tested negative for coliform per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: No further action is needed to return violation 20 to compliance.
