Details: SUMMARY: Failure to collect coliform DETAILS: 7/22/09 I left a message for Errol to return my call. Errol called and said he thought he submitted a sample in June. He will call lab to confirm. I reminded him to make sure and get a sample in July. 7/23/09 A routine coliform sample was submitted and tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed.
