Details:	SUMMARY: Reporting violation coliform and nitrate DETAILS: In field consultation with Stacey to again discuss why there has not been a coliform test since the 1st quarter of 2008 and no nitrate test since 2007. She stated she would talk to her supervisor and get started on the testing. She provided a contact name at the corporate office, Perry Chesser, maintenance, for water system related issues. ACTION NEEDED: Informed manager to have a coliform and a nitrate test taken as soon as possible.
