Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform sample 6/30/09 DETAILS: Left message for Brett on 7/9/09. 7/13/09 Contact with Brett . A faucet was replaced in house D where the sample was taken. Four repeat samples were drawn and found to be absent for coliform. I reminded the operator that 5 routine samples would be due in August. ACTION NEEDED: none
