Details:	SUMMARY: Arsenic Issues DETAILS: The city of Prescott provides water to approximately 75 persons through 39 connections. The system consists of a single well and water softener. The water softener currently removes iron and reduces hardness. HBH was originally contacted by Bill Fujii with the Oregon Water Resources regarding arsenic levels exceeding the MCL. HBH was subsequently contacted by DWP to provide emergency assistance in determining the best course of action for the City to take to reduce arsenic levels. I reviewed available chemical testing data and discussed situation with parties of interest. ACTION NEEDED: Assist with selection of proper treatment and/or operational options to achieve compliance with Arsenic MCL.
