Details: SUMMARY: none DETAILS: 8/5/09 routine quarterly coliform positive. Called facility and no answer. Called Box R Lab and discussed with Sherry. Sherry to take 4 repeats this afternoon as operators are out of town. Will call operators again Monday. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 4 repeats sample tomorrow and call with results. Regardless of outcome, 5 temporary routines will be needed in September.
