| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform follow up DETAILS: Repeat samples were positive. Well construction is in question. I have sent well log to Springfield and no glaring deficiencies there. Operator to contact engineering to see if they are going to camera the well or invest in chlorination. If chlorination is used it well first have to be approved by the state. I spoke with Josh regarding the items needed for Plan Review. ACTION NEEDED: Keep boil water notice up until testing comes clean. Look into chlorinate, new well or diagnose the well construction issues. | ||
