Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic violation DETAILS: Follow up with system to inquire about detections and monitoring. The 2nd quarter 2009 arsenic test was not taken. Vonnie has confirmed that the whole school has been connected to the city of Salems water. Middle Grove Elementary is no longer a public water system and will be deactivated. No further monitoring is required. ACTION NEEDED: none
