Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: System has recently activated a new membrane WTP using the Long Tom River as a source. The previous source was ground water. DWP is requiring a chlorine contact tracer study. An effluent flow meter is installed after the clearwell. However, the 1 MG reservoir does not have an effluent flow meter. I met with Dave on 6/15 in order to conduct the CT Study. The WTP was shut down for the weekend, which is normal operating procedure. The chlorine feed pump and injection had been changed since the initial visit in February. There was no dosage sample tap available for use. Chlorine dosage was based on clearwell residual readings and math calculations using pump drawdown, WTP gallons produced and chlorine strength. The base line chlorine residual was 0.93 mgl. Clearwell levels, effluent flow data and chlorine residuals were measured throughout the study. The field activity for the study was completed and preliminary data review and evaluation was also conducted. ACTION NEEDED: Complete CT study.
