Details: SUMMARY: SDWRLF Letter of Interest DETAILS: The City of Gold Hill owns and operates a Surface Water System, which supplies approximately 1,100 people through 500 connections. The City treats water from Rogue River coagulation/ flocculation/ setting and rapid-sand filtration treatment system. HBH was contacted by Bob Butler to provide updated cost estimation for the replacement of an aging reservoir. The city is interested in pursing funding for the reservoir through the SDWRLF. They have requested Assistance with the process. I filled in preliminary information on the Letter of Interest and sent Letter of Interest and instructions to the City, along with request for additional information. I also provided the Mr Butler with a template Categorical Exclusion request letter. ACTION NEEDED: Assist Mr Butler in the completion of the Letter of Interest.
