Details:	SUMMARY: Plan Review Inspection DETAILS: Answers to questions from Carrie Gentry: Is there a concrete slab around the well? NO. Does the well casing extend 12" above the slab? YES. Is the sanitary seal water tight? YES. Is the well set up such that it could be shock chlorinated and can the water level be measured? I THINK IT CAN IF THE BOLTS ARE REMOVED. Is there a sample tap? NO. Could they pump the well to waste? NO. Is there a flow meter? YES. Is there a well house? If so is it locked, lighted, and/or heated? NO. Is the well house constructed such that the pump can be removed (hole in roof)? N/A. Is there a casing vent and if so, is there a screened return bend? NO. ACTION NEEDED: None.
