Details: | SUMMARY: Complaint DETAILS: Emma called because she is upset that they have had to boil their water for so long, while still being charged $45+ per month. She asked if the system was required to haul in potable water in this instance. I told her they are not required to, they just have to be on a boil notice, which they are. She said boiling is difficult and buying bottled water is expensive. ACTION NEEDED: Continue on boil notice. Water system will work to resolve problems. |
