Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring nitrate violation DETAILS: 3/18/09 spoke to Thomas on the phone and he said samples had not been taken recently. We discussed sampling schedule for nitrate and coliform. He had the water sample test kit and would send it in as soon as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Submit samples on time.
