| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat sample positive for coliform DETAILS: Carolyn submitted 5 temporary routine samples in March. 4 of 5 submitted were positive. She was instructed to take 4 repeat samples and the repeat samples were submitted and one sample from the well came back positive. She was instructed to shock chlorinate the well and submit a special sample to verify that the shock chlorination was effective.
