| Details: | SUMMARY: TC positive sample - Sept 09 DETAILS: I called and left Bernie a message on 9/22/09. I then called back on 9/28. There were 2 samples collected in Sept. The sample that was positive was supposed to be marked Special. I told Bernie this was an issue he would need to address with the lab. If he had incorrectly marked the lab slip, he would need to take the follow up samples as required. ACTION NEEDED: System to follow up with lab and then take follow up samples if it was an error on the water system. **as of 10/30/09 - no adjustments were made to the coliform results and no additional samples have been collected.** | ||
