Details: SUMMARY: coliform violation DETAILS: System had coliform on a routine sample taken toward the end of July. They took 4 repeat samples in August but failed to take the required 5 temporary routine samples. I spoke with Jim on the phone and reminded him to take 5 temporary routine samples during September. Update 10-13-09 reported 5 routines that were taken on 10/1/09 ACTION NEEDED: none
