Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/11/09 DETAILS: 9/11/09 Sample collected 9/15/09 Spoke with Henry who informed me that 4 repeat samples had already been collected. 9/16/09 4 repeat samples tested negative per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: System closes September 30, therefore five temporary routines need to be collected in April 2010
