Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I contacted owner Terry and informed him of the alert. He did not have any idea what may have caused it only that he did observe the rep from the lab take the sample from a tap without removing the aerator. ACTION NEEDED: I informed him that 4 repeats need to be taken right away and 5 routines taken next month
