Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive sample taken from distribution system on 10/6 was positive for coliform. The system is required to take 4 repeat samples immediately. Ivan plans to take them today. He understands they will need five routine samples in November. If samples are positive he plans to chlorinate the well. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 repeat samples now, five routine samples in November.
