Details: SUMMARY: Violation 120511 was incurred as a result of third quarter 2009 DBP samples not being submitted on time. DETAILS: On 11/20/09 Carl Cox faxed me the missing DBP results (per my request). The results demonstrated the samples were collected in the required sampling period. Carl indicated that he had already sent the results to the Portland Office. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action is needed at this time.
