Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey DETAILS: 10/7/09 site visit to determine if deficiencies noted on the 8/17/09 sanitary survey report have been adequately corrected. Wire mesh has been added to electrical conduit to prevent access by pests. An arsenic test sample collected 9/22/09 was negative. Coliform sampling plan has been completed and submitted. It has been approved by Hood River County Health Department. Concern: Well head access box is now adequately drained. A drain pipe has been installed to evacuate water from the access box. The drain is approximately 4 inches below the mesh covered opening to the well head. The well head is still less than 12 inches above grade. ACTION NEEDED: none
