Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke to Dan regarding positive coliform and he said he had disinfected the system and was planning on taking 4 repeats on 10/14/09. A public notice template was sent via email to Dan and we also discussed needing to take 5 routine samples in November. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure follow up samples are taken and are negative.
