Details: SUMMARY: PR 213-2004 Site evaluation and well construction review by WRD well inspector. DETAILS: Bob Maynard, WRD well inspector has been working with the facility owner Tammy Lyon. Maynard completed an on-site evaluation and well construction review and the well meets WRD standards. Malheur County staff to inspect well head facilities when completed. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to enter new well in SDWIS.
