Details: SUMMARY: No September routine coliform DETAILS: Violation for non reporting. Called system and spoke with Jennifer. She looked it up and sample taken 9/2/09 and result faxed to state along with other 4 systems results on 9/14/09. She will fax in and hopes to include receipt verification email from the state. ACTION NEEDED: Submit sample result now showing on website and hop to remove violation.
