Details: SUMMARY: Discussed Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Direct Responsible Charge (DRC) DETAILS: The ERP was not passed down to the new operator. I went over the packet with Bruce and answered hi questions. He said he would complete the plan as soon as possible and return the required forms for review. I also discussed the training requirements for the DRC ACTION NEEDED: none
