I informed him the requirement is to take a confirmation sample and begin quarterly monitoring for both Tolulene and Dichloromethane. Kyle said he would contact the lab right away. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on confirmation samples, provide public notice template to operator, update chemical monitoring schedule change form.
