Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 11/4/09 Sample collected. 11/5/09 I left a message with Steve to call me regarding repeat sampling protocol. 11/6/09 I spoke with Steve today and he informed me that Neilson Research is coming to collect repeat samples today. 11/16/09 Neilson confirmed four repeat samples collected on 11/6/09 negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in December.
