Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat samples positive for coliform DETAILS: Four repeat samples from 11/16/09 coliform alert are all positive for coliform. On 11/17/09 Doug stated they would also sample at the well head but it appears they didnt. I spoke to Bruce Grove and Julie Foss about the situation on 11/18/09. They stated the system will be shock chlorinated on 11/20/09 by Sturzman Pump Service. The system will be flushed on 11/23/09 and a special sample taken to insure that shock chlorination worked. Analytical Lab from Eugene contracts with the school district to take samples. If the samples return negative they will continue to leave the UV light disinfection off line. If the special sample returns positive the UV light will be brought back on line. The system was informed about public notice procedures and the requirement to take five temporary routine samples in December. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of special sample after shock chlorination of the well is completed.
