Details: SUMMARY: Not submitting coliform sampl DETAILS: 11/2/09 Spoke with Michael and he informed me that he was not able to get a third quarter sample to the lab in time and submitted a sample during the first week of October 2009. 11/3/09 Neilson Research confirmed that one routine sample was submitted on 10/8/09 ACTION NEEDED: None
