Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit coliform sample third quarter of 2009 DETAILS: I spoke with Merl today and he informed me that a fourth quarter sample has been collected on 10/22/09 per state web site. The new owner of this water system is Galpin and Associated at 744 Cardley Ave Suite 100 Medford 97504. Galpin is a land development company. ACTION NEEDED: None
