Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: spoke with Jerry and he said he took the sample from the kitchen sink which has a swivel faucet. I recommended the sample be taken from a non swivel faucet and to make sure the screen is also removed. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples to be submitted. % temporary routine samples due December 2009
