Details:	SUMMARY: Failed to submit third quarter arsenic DETAILS: 11/18/09 Called Norm to discuss arsenic issue and informed him that quarterly monitoring had bee missed in third quarter and that an arsenic sample would need to be collected in the fourth quarter of 2009. They have taken steps to mitigate the arsenic exceedance: well #3, the well with historic high levels if arsenic has been taken off line. I verified the physical disconnect in September, 2009. The running annual average for arsenic levels should stop now that well #3 had been disconnected from the system. 11/19/09Submitted arsenic sample to lab per Neilson Research. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined by results of 11/19/09 sample and future samples.
