Details:	SUMMARY: Response to OERS incident DETAILS: Received a call regarding OERS incident #2010-0082. PH Duty Officer (Linda) and DEQ (Kathy Rodda) relayed that overnight single car crash on Highway 20 near Eddyville (MP 23.5) caused roughly 4 gallons of antifreeze to spill into pooled area. Spill was contained with absorbant material and pumped out of pooled area and removed, before entering Yaquina River. I consulted emergency spill maps for Lincoln Co, and notified Adam of Toledo with all the details. Toledo has a Mill Creek intake downstream, but at a higher elevation than the confluence of Mill with Yaquina River. ACTION NEEDED: Adam to notify treatment plant personnel, but does not think spill impacted operations. DWP to provide support as necessary.
