Details: SUMMARY: Positive on one of five routines DETAILS: Received alert 10/20/09 a.m. Called Russell to discuss the samples. He took 5 routine samples on 10/15/09 one of them came back positive. He believes that the sample was positive from sampling error. He remembers taking the sample without using proper technique because it was the last and he was in a hurry. He resampled 4 repeat samples 10/19/09 ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples to be taken now and 5 routine samples to be taken November 2009
