Details: SUMMARY: SOC violation DETAILS: I called system and reminded them to continue monitoring for di(2ethylhexyl phthalate until further notice due to previous detections, one above the MCL. I reminded them to take the test from the well head directly. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on test results, possibly make field visit to see where they are testing from and look for any unapproved piping/equipment, etc.
