Details: SUMMARY: Alert: Positive Coliform DETAILS: Phone: Firm tested positive for coliform in Oct 2008 and there are no follow up samples. I stated that 4 more samples were needed to test for coliform. I discussed clean and multiple sample sites. ACTION NEEDED: Talked with Nikki, who stated that she has the reports from Nov 2008 and Feb 2009 and will be sending the test results to the DWP.
