| Details: | SUMMARY: Water Quality Alert, Routine Total Coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation with Jim Nash (Stutzman Services) regarding the routine positive total coliform sample at Arco AM/PM 5897 on 01/30/09. Jim w/ Stutzman Services is the water testing service that Arco has hired to do the water testing. We discussed the constant positives, total coliform, at the facilities soda fountain. He said the facility has been cleaning the soda fountain nozzle/bibs every day and they had a service company do a "cleaning and disinfection" of the soda fountain. I also informed Mr. Nash that 5 routine samples would be needed the following month and public notice needs to be posted. He said he would help the facility post public notice at the soda fountain. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice and take 5 routine samples next month. | ||
