Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform + for sample date 6/30/09 DETAILS: Steve called the system and left message informing the operator that the 6/30 sample was positive for total coliform. I informed the operator to take 4 repeats samples ASAP. If all are repeats are negative be sure to take 5 temp routine samples the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor the repeat sample results.
