| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring Violation for Coliform Bacteria DETAILS: Odessa Coffee currently is in violation of OAR 333-061-0036. The system is required to monitor for coliform bacteria quarterly. The last sample was taken January 7, 2008. The sample results for first quarter (January - March) and second quarter (April - June) of 2009, as well as second, third, and fourth quarters of 2008 have not been received by the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: If required quarterly samples were taken, send copies to the State Drinking Water Program and to Klamath County Environmental Health. If the samples were not taken, 1) Take the coliform for this quarter (July - September 2009) immediately, 2) For those samples not taken you are required to issue a Public Notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP, PO BOX 14350 Portland, OR 97293-0450 and Klamath County Environmental Health 403 Pine St, Klamath Falls, OR 97601 within 10 days after issuance. | ||
