| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT Coliform Positive DETAILS: Dee stated that Russ, the Assistant Manager had dropped a lid to one of the sampling bottles, while sampling and this may have caused the positive. Also, the location of the sample, sink at coffee island, has heavy mineral deposits. The firm has chlorinated well #1 and is only using well #2 and had taken one repeat sample to verify if well #2 is clean. After chlorination of well #1, it will be used and well#2 will be chlorinated. Dee stated he will have the coffee island sink and faucet replaced before next three repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Complete all 4 repeat samples and if negative resume use of water and follow with 5 routines in the first month of 2009, January. If any repeat sample is positive post a Public Notice, followed by the 5 routine samples in January. | ||
